I'm only giving them a 3 on the product and the install because it has been 4 weeks since I ordered the windows and the salesman said they would be installed within 3 to 6 weeks. Come to find out it takes more than 4 weeks to make the windows then they get delivered to your area and you get put on the schedule. After they arrive. I. Also ordered a front door a back door and garage door and siding for my house. The salesman keeps telling his boss I am holding off on them when I told him I want the doors in now (3 weeks ago) and the siding ordered and ready for install awaiting the windows.

Had been trying to get my windows repaired or replaced for 6 months finally 1st Choice responded they returned calls , the windows were installed by a great crew and the follow up service has been great.

1st Choice constructed a screened in porch addition to our home. The porch has an elevated ceiling, which gives it an attractive, open feeling. The work performed made it look like a part of our original home. The porch will serve as a lovely extension to our home. Very pleased with the entire project.

You need to be very specific when writing the contract and get it typed out. The job looks very nice however not finished because parts were not ordered and wrong parts ordered, going on 3wks now.
