The installer was an excellent young man who showed up to work and did an excellent job installing our new bath tub and wall units.

The work done was excellent, but I was told when signing the contract that it would take two days. It took four days, but that was interrupted by a weekend, which meant I had no bathroom for six days. If you're going to hire these guys, get a realistic time estimate in writing.

They worked CLEAN and efficient. They were hired to replace the old siding and install new vinyl siding. The only issues were very minor ( I am very picky about the little things!) and they were addressed promptly with no complaint. Their prices were competitive not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The workers were pleasant and attentive, the job was done on-time in spite of the weather and they were cautious to protect any areas exposed during the several storms that occurred during the process. I would have no issues hiring them of another job or recommending them to someone else.

I had a lot of estimates that I could have gone with, but I am extremely happy with the results that I got from 1st choice. I had a bad experience prior to hiring their team, and they took on a nightmare of a task. I hired 1st Choice for my master bathroom remodel. Overall I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of work. Every step of the way I was kept abreast of the progress and made sure I was satisfied. All of the workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Just be advised when getting quotes that 1st Choice will also give you a lower quote if you sign the contract at the time so if you would like multiple quotes, do theirs last so you know whether you want to accept the lower quote.

Although a bathroom remodel can be really messy, the men at 1St Choice did an excellent job of not tracking a mess throughout the house. The man who actually did the demolition in the bathroom was amazing. I really don't know how he kept the area so clean. Finished project is excellent!

Joe and crew did well. Demo of bath took longer than planned due to age of home. Found hidden drain damage that was resolved fairly quickly. They didn't mind my watching and being in the way sometimes. They stayed later than normal and came out on one Saturday(with my approval) to make up the delays.
