Believe nothing that you are told. 2 weeks turned into a 7 week rush job. We had to explain to our guests why our attic is exposed and cabinets don't match. Workers only showed up when we screamed. Lights are not even properly installed. The owner has stopped by twice to collect full payment prior to even asking for a punch list.

Could not ask for better tile work, it was great. The company gives you 10 different tile companies to choose from and does not force you to use theirs. Customer service at the beginning was not the best but, once they hired a project manager, could not ask for better. Overall I am extremely happy with the product!

I could not be happier with the outcome of this project. Everyone who came in our home was extremely courteous and professional. There were 2 small hiccups which were handled very quickly. Scott went out of his way to correct each anomaly as soon as possible and make sure it was addressed before moving forward.

My only objection is there is "NO" follow up to make fixes to the installation. The shower head is faulty, never get a call back for a fix. They get a big fat "F" for follow-up work.
