With that said I had to write a review for Emeral Coast Home Services due to the level of satisfaction. I had a different carpet cleaner come to house a week prior, and looks like he ran a broken vacuum compared to ECHS. I was skeptical my carpets wouldn’t survive (with a baseball sized blank ink spot on beige carpets) but they look brand new. Friendly customer service and didn’t mind a little chit chat where I’ve had some service reps seem annoyed I’m distracting them. If you need your carpets cleaned, don’t waste your time or money elsewhere."
