"The group/team of young men that came to our home to do a FULL replacement of windows were hard working (in the rain), communicated to us all that was going to happen, cleaned up any mess and washed the new windows. Each and everyone of them (Mark M. Dustin, Kemon, Jeff, Chris, Calvin) were an absolute pleasure to have in our home. I HIGHLY recommend using West Shore Home for future window replacement. AND to go out of their way, a couple months back we also used West Shore Home for a full bath replacement and one of the young men acutally put quarter round down at the base of the new bath install and POP, made it look 100% better. "A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor.
