"I had some cracked bricks due to a foundation problem that needed to be replaced. They gave me a good price, color-matched the brick and mortar and the installation looks good. Two problems, however. They did not tell me the repair would leave an unsightly haze over the entire area that can only be cleaned off by an acid wash, nor did they offer to clean the haze off for me. They should have communicated this and offered to clean the brick after repair. I am not pushing this too much cause they gave me a good price. It just would have been nice to know. Secondly, their Home Advisor profile said they accept credit cards. After the repair, I was told cash or check only. I had to go get a check. Overall, the work performed was fine. I would just suggest anyone hiring them to ask specific questions about cleaning the brick afterwards and what forms of payments can they accept."

"Ivan provided prompt, professional service at a very reasonable price. I needed a brick veneer wall on the corner of my garage repaired that required someone that could lay a weeping mortar brick style that was consistent to the style that was used when my home was built in the late 1950's. He came out with two of his assistants and completed the project in one day! In repairing the wall he also repaired the foundation and secured some loose and cracked cinder block with metal braces. Really a great job and at half the price of one of the other quotes that I got. I highly recommend Ivan's Masonry!"
