Our furnace went out in the middle of the night on Valentineâ s Day, during those awful sub-zero temps we had. Within 40 minutes of speaking to him on the phone he was at our house and quickly diagnosed the problem (induction motor went out, which was what we had suspected), got the part from carrier and was back at our house quickly. He was prompt, professional and friendly and got our furnace working quickly, ON a Sunday and holiday nonetheless. Not only that, but he was more than willing to speak with our (annoying!) home warranty company to help them cover this (long story short, they werenâ t helpful in getting a tech out same day so they authorized us to get our own tech and then wanted to make it hard to be reimbursed). Overall, super happy with his work and professionalism. Definitely recommend!"
