Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. We have escalated to management so many times and here we sit hearing crickets don?t waste your time, energy and mental state as it?s truly exhausting. Here are some recent photos of their ?repair? work from the window leaking so bad. It?s absolutely horrible. With a little push of a couple fingers all three window panels shakes. One bad wind gust and who knows what will happen at this point. They have done so much damage to my 11k sliding window we purchased from them, to the window itself and inside and outside of my home.

Great Customer service

Did a great job as near as my uninformed eye can tell. The three men who installed the three windows were polite and hard working. They even preserved my grandfather’s weather station which had been stuck through to the outside on one of the windows from a previous installation 18 years ago. It is back in place and working as it should. Cleaned up well. Used dropcloths. They also put my blinds back on which was not a part of their job but would have been a hardship for me to do. My only gripe is with the company that the windows were financed through. If I were not planning to pay this off in full come the end of the year on deferred interest and had the money in savings I would not have had this project done till next year. I can get a better loan from my bank on more favorable terms. Should probably have used my credit card. Same rate of interest but at least I would be getting points kickback.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. We had $10,000 window installed over a month ago and by the time they were done there was a lot wrong. One of the windows dosnt even open because its so tight, there is several nails sticking out of the framing, the same framing that is 1inch away from the wall because theres something behind it pushing it away from the wall, glass all over my front yard(been a month and im still picking up pieces of glass). Now we addressed these issues with our representative which they had an inspector come out and he agreed with all of the problems i addressed so they setup and appointment to come out and fix these issues. THIS SHITTY COMPANY F**KING DIDNT SHOW UP AND ARE NOW GHOSTING ALL OF OUR CALLS. IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED WE WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Efficient, kept me updated. Workmanship was outstanding and cleaned up at the end of the day. There was a mixup with the screens but it is being resolved. Easy folks to work with.

Horrible installation job, Horrible Customer Service. The sub-contractor they sent did not install the window right, destroyed the siding, and did an overall terrible job. I had to fight with customer service for 5 months and file a complaint with BBB before an; anything got done. Finally came out reinstalled the window, fixed the siding, and made it look good. There are plenty of other companies out there do your research and read reviews and complaints on BBB before hiring any company. Definitely will never use Champion again
