Joel was the representative who came to discuss my options to repair my stucco & pain the exterior of my entire house. Joel was exceptional , very professional,, courteous & sincere! i was very impressed with this young gentleman! Also had lots of great ideas !! Highly recommend this company!

This was the best experience! I really didn't want to go to any of the big national companies and the small local ones wouldn't return our calls. From the first moment to the very end, I was impressed with every step. We did have to wait 6 months from order to install, but that had a lot to do with winter months. And I received check in calls from the company to update me along the way. I never felt that I needed to check up on them. Our installers; Dave, Jesus and Dominic were professional, clean and very personable. I enjoyed having them here! Can't say enough about how pleased we are!

The pushy sales job is your first clue to run away. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint after their window install broke my block and drywall and their only reply were harsh words. How they get good reviews are beyond me but they are very very decentralized company. Just beware!

There was Thomas, Adam, and Eric that came to my home and install the new windows. They were very professional about their work, if I had questions, they would give me answers. They were here early, I was told they be here about 11:00 am. they got here about 9:00 and started on the windows. I love the windows!!! All the guys were courteous, sociable, and did a perfect job. Thankyou!!!!

We deeply regret the decision to purchase a replacement window from Flawless Results. After almost five months, we still do not have the window we ordered in March. Flawless Results has a deeply flawed customer service. We have never received a call about the status of the window installation until today. We called several times and received a different story every time. About an hour before the time scheduled for installation, as we were preparing for the work to be done, we received a call postponing delivery once again, for three more weeks. We purchased this window primarily for the UV protection and will not receive it until the summer is over, if in fact, we ever do receive it.

I upgraded my entire homeâ s windows as I am getting ready to rent it out and I love how they look! Although my home is two story the crew was able to install everything professionally done in a solid day. Joel was kind and extremely helpful the entire time as well. I have no complaints at all. 5/5

Decided to go with Flawless after I received the most fair quote in town for replacing my homeâ s front door. The quality of work earns them 5 stars alone.
