See the Light Windows

See The Light Window does not stand by their work or their window manufacturer vendors. They installed a defective window with bubbling, did not notice it until I pointed it out upon project completion, and now will not cover the cost of additional drywall, stucco, and paint repair due to the need to re-install a new window when the manufacturer delivers a new window. I was told they would rather litigate and pay their lawyers than make things right for me, their customer. I was told by Danny, the CEO, that "mistakes happen" and it's "normal" for the customer to bear the brunt of their company's and window manufacturer's mistake. I would not do business with them as their windows are not good quality and they have no interest in servicing a customer.

They were on time and were very professional.

The people who actually did the lawn service were very good! I would not slight them in the least. One the other side, the HomeAdvisor service was not anywhere adequate! From the moment I tried to contact them to reschedule a service to the fact, that would withdraw the agreed to service cost before the service was even delivered reeked of bad service quality! So I will not ever do any thing with them again. Thanks for asking...

Brian, came out and measured my windows and help me to order the kind that would work for my area. Stayed with me the whole process from beginning to end. Which was a long period, Due to the fact everything was on back order shipping issues, and timing

Although I did not observe installation of the product due to sale of the property, the planning, measuring & ordering of the product was very smooth & professionally handled. I can definitely recommend See the Light company to others seeking window or related products offered by them.
