"It was a big job and I needed someone quick. Rafael was very quick to respond and was available when I had any questions throughout the job. Big cleanup and repair was needed. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained every part of what was needed and why and provided me with all my options. He did an outstanding job. I had cracks in the pool and he provided very skilled resources to handle the cleanup, crack repair, new plaster. He installed new equipment and got the pool back in to top shape. They completed the job incredibly fast and professionally. Aquatech did a fantastic job and the pool looks great! I will continue to use Aquatech to make sure my pool stays in top shape. I would definitely recommend."

"Chris is amazing! He was the quarterback for the entire project from the sale to the final check being paid. He kept me informed along the way, showed details on specific challenges and was transparent about the costs! The signature pools team was extremely friendly, very professional, and meticulous in their work. Where we had questions, they provided solutions and recommendations. Our specific remodel involved; removal of all the tile and plaster, resetting our Austin, stone coping, installing new tile, building a tanning ledge, complete with bubblers and an umbrella holder, and installing new light fixtures and new pebble tech plaster. We interviewed six different pool companies and signature pools wasn't the cheapest and they were the most expensive. I would consider their pricing excellent when considering the quality of work they do. We are thrilled with the outcome, if this project and would highly recommend Signature Pools to anyone who is looking to remodel their pool."

"My previous pool provider didnâ t handle my freeze guard as they should have and one of my pump housings cracked. My freeze guard was working two weeks prior. This company I called and he was out of town and even answered my call. I told him what was going on and he came out a couple days later and looked at everything. His pricing was great! They even installed the new one at 4:00 on a Saturday. Another part had to be replaced as well and he got that taken care of as well! I will refer this company to anyone that has a pool or is wanting to build one!"

"This is an update. I would give North Point Pools a Ten if possible. Chris was engaged throughout the reinstallation of my pool pump, filter, heater and control system. There were configuration software issues that Hayward had to become involved with. And Chris stay engaged throughout to make sure the system operated as it was supposed to. He made sure everything was good to go as my family of 20+ was showing up for the 4th of July. Thanks Chris!!!!!"

"In this day and age it is hard to find an honest owner who personally answers the phone for his business and delivers what he says . Not only is Steve knowledgeable, personable and helpful but he is chock full of ideas and a warranty to boot. Our 31 ft pool with tanning ledge is beautiful, looks brand new and the full tile repair and replacement on the raised beam and stairs combined with the coping replacement with platinum ice looks like itâ s worthy of a pool magazine photo shoot. And beautiful plaster job and scuppers water feature. He was spot on for colors, plaster and deck paint and I worked for a builder for 10 years so we are all details at our home.. There is precision in his craftsmanship and workers were responsive and timely. After several bids, 100% we made the right decision and used the best pool company for the metroplex and beyond. He is so great and honest we are already committed to him for another pool project. Heâ s talented because of his years and experience and heâ s built high end pools from Miami to Texas and then some. If you donâ t hire him, you will have seriously missed out. We trusted him throughout the project and we reside out of state. So thatâ s saying something. He gave us peace of mind ! Our pool looks better now than when it was first built and installed. This company was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, the immediate response to any of my emails and/or messages, the quality of the work, the professionalism of all of the employees, the courtesy of their workers are all reasons that I felt compelled to write this review. Jason, great guy and took care of every single concern that I had. Justin, very good worker and would let me know every detail of what was going on Paul, just installed a new valve for me and was quick, efficient, and very courteous Poolie quoted the resurfacing of my in ground 22,000 pool as well as replacement of a bad skimmer and gave me the best price of all of the quotes, they did the work fast and efficient, cleaned up after every visit and maintained the pool even after the pool was complete and full of water to make sure all was as I wanted it. "The team did an absolutely fantastic job for a half the price of the nearest vendor. Our pool had a leak in the plumbing and they redid all the plumbing and concrete work. It was a massive job and they did amazing. Our pool is finally back to normal."

"Craig and his crew did a great job replacing an old pool light. Another company tried to replace it and broke the cord trying to pull it out of the wall and said they couldnâ t fix it. Craig was able to remove the trapped cord and install a new light when other companies wanted to drill through the concrete decking."

"Project: Landscaping, Pool Coping, Concrete Pool Overlay and Fence Staining A great company from start to finish! Alex and the team are awesome, diligent to the task, hard workers and will provide you with a wonderful and satisfying product. Alex and the team are very friendly and professional. We hired THG Lawn & Landscaping to update my shabby and out of date backyard pool area and patio deck. The work entailed removing old tree plants and stump, cleaning out the surrounding pool area and installing decomposed granite â  GORGEOUS! The work also entailed coping replacement of my pool and installation of a concrete overlay and sealant on my pool deck â  BEAUTIFUL!! I was provided a quote on site and was provide detail answers to all of my questions. We did make some revisions to the project based on availability of material, but overall, the work stuck close to the quote. Work began and was completed within 3 weeks of the start; the work was done during the hot Texas summer, but the work was still done and complete on time â  the workers were amazing. Alex kept me informed of progress along the way, and I received a beautiful backyard pool area. We have received many compliments on the pool and patio area. I enjoy my pool and patio area so much now and just bask on it in the morning times with my morning coffee.
