"I am privileged to give David Williams review for his his performance caring for our pool the past 4 months. I met David on a maintenance call to fix a problem with our pump as a result of the February freeze. David made an offer to maintain our pool. Our pool is a pain because of some barstools that were a constant algae issue. I have had two other pool companies that could never accomplish keeping these clean And free from algae. Within weeks David had the chemicals under control paying particular focus on our heavy metals problem. He got the metals under control and since our allergy problems have basically disappeared. Some of that is due to his consistence with a weekly cleaning and brushing. The best part is David is a very trust worthy guy. Happy to talk about his family and ours. The relationship started with me sitting at a signal light and seeing Davidâ  s sign. I called that number and we have had a pleasant relationship since. Gone are the days of me constantly Writing complaint emails to my previous pool company. I would also make it a point to be there when their technicians cleaned. I already know that David is going to do the job that he promised."

"Can't say enough about Travis King of Houston Mobil Blasters. He did a fantastic job of removing the calcium build up on my pool. There was a thick build up on the rocks of calcium. I tried everything including lime away, vinegar and ever a wire brush to no avail. Travis removed all of it with his safe pressure blasting using a neutral ph salt . It now looks fantastic. Travis is a true professional who takes pride in his work. People and companies like him are hard to find."

"Edgar from California pools was amazing. From the second he came here he took his time for two hours just to understand my project. Then he took time to find the right tiles that we wanted and the cost. I had four other Pool companies come to my house and none of them spent that much time. Nor did they went the extra mile to even get my contract. Once we decided with Edgar and California pools, he was in touch with me via text or phone call every minute and every step of the process. He had the guys here day one day two and day three to complete everything and he had the whole project planned and executed in said time. In fact early than expected. "Had a new pool heater installed. Fancy's pool service quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and I had the heater installed without any extra charges the very next day. It has been working great since then. I had contacted a couple of other companies that insisted on coming out and doing a site assessment first. I had one come out and they charged $90.00 just to give me an estimate. On top of that their estimate, as well as the estimate of another service, included a $1000+ premium on top of the online price of the heater. They also wanted to charge me almost 3 times what Fancy's charged for installation if I provided the heater. I will be using Fancy's for all my pool equipment needs from now on."

"Our experience working with US Pool Builder was excellent. After gathering five quotes from different companies and meeting their agents to see the design proposals, Colt's presentation was, without a doubt, the most impressive, beautiful and elegant. We fell in love with his vision for our pool, but, of course, elegance comes with a higher price tag, which completely made sense in this case, because the materials and supplies suggested were of the best quality. So, for a little while during our meeting we thought it would not be possible to work with our budget and Colt's proposal. However, he was extremely kind, understanding and flexible, and was able to made a few modifications in order to find a middle point between our budget and his aesthetic vision (mostly on landscaping, he never suggested to lower the quality of the construction). This man is an artist, he built the pool of our dreams (I would even say, the end result is even better than what I had in mind) exactly within our budget. The building process itself was easy and uneventful. The contractors he works with are efficient, careful, and polite; to be honest, you don't even notice there's a construction site at your house since they clean up after themselves every day before leaving. I am trying to remember something negative during the process and other than a misunderstanding with a cement truck blocking for a minute the house of one of my neighbors, I can't think of anything else, and Colt took care of that immediately and even talked to and apologized to my friends. The post-building care is also prompt and always kind. Thanks a lot, Colt! We love, LOVE, love our pool."
