"My previous pool provider didnâ t handle my freeze guard as they should have and one of my pump housings cracked. My freeze guard was working two weeks prior. This company I called and he was out of town and even answered my call. I told him what was going on and he came out a couple days later and looked at everything. His pricing was great! They even installed the new one at 4:00 on a Saturday. Another part had to be replaced as well and he got that taken care of as well! I will refer this company to anyone that has a pool or is wanting to build one!"

"He saved us! Our pool was a nightmare for a couple months. We didn't know who to use to repair it. My husband has said that he is one of the two contractors that did what they were hired to do, on time and it looks good. He found the pool half full of water and in need of repair. He worked on it for two months and he would drop everything to come over and assist us, we are about 30 minutes away. He would come over and review samples and discuss options for us. He also re-textured my deck with cool decking and painted it. He worked with me to bring my ideas to life. He was good with providing me updates throughout the project. He and the crew showed on time as scheduled. He was excited to work with me and add the special details I was looking for. He loved helping me bring my vision to reality. We love the results. "Brad did an amazing job. My pool has a lot of tree around it and there were a lot of leaves at the bottom of the pool and it had started to turn green. Brad took all of the leaves and debris out of my pool, clean the filters, scrubbed the sides, vacuumed the debris off the bottom and had my pool crystal clear in 5 days. He came back to test and check it to be sure two days after that. 100% recommend him to everyone! I know I've found my pool guy now too! Thanks Brad!!"

He kept me informed along the way, showed details on specific challenges and was transparent about the costs! The signature pools team was extremely friendly, very professional, and meticulous in their work. Where we had questions, they provided solutions and recommendations. Our specific remodel involved; removal of all the tile and plaster, resetting our Austin, stone coping, installing new tile, building a tanning ledge, complete with bubblers and an umbrella holder, and installing new light fixtures and new pebble tech plaster. We interviewed six different pool companies and signature pools wasn't the cheapest and they were the most expensive. I would consider their pricing excellent when considering the quality of work they do. We are thrilled with the outcome, if this project and would highly recommend Signature Pools to anyone who is looking to remodel their pool."
