Luxe Pools completely renovated my pool and did an outstanding job. We had an existing hot tub we had filled in and turned in to a fountain feature with 3 bubblers. The coping, tile, with tile on the steps and bench for accents. Agrigate plaster that turned out beautiful. Steve estimated 2 weeks for the project and that was exactly the time it took. Steve was also very quick to return any texts or calls. Raul was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and keeps everything going to plan. I would not hesitate to use Luxe Pools in the future.

In this day and age it is hard to find an honest owner who personally answers the phone for his business and delivers what he says . Not only is Steve knowledgeable, personable and helpful but he is chock full of ideas and a warranty to boot. Our 31 ft pool with tanning ledge is beautiful, looks brand new and the full tile repair and replacement on the raised beam and stairs combined with the coping replacement with platinum ice looks like itâ s worthy of a pool magazine photo shoot. And beautiful plaster job and scuppers water feature. He was spot on for colors, plaster and deck paint and I worked for a builder for 10 years so we are all details at our home.. There is precision in his craftsmanship and workers were responsive and timely. After several bids, 100% we made the right decision and used the best pool company for the metroplex and beyond. He is so great and honest we are already committed to him for another pool project. Heâ s talented because of his years and experience and heâ s built high end pools from Miami to Texas and then some. If you donâ t hire him, you will have seriously missed out. We trusted him throughout the project and we reside out of state. So thatâ s saying something. He gave us peace of mind ! Our pool looks better now than when it was first built and installed. I cannot express my gratitude and trust in Luxe Lagoon Pools and Steve Edwards enough. We had what felt like an impossible task in front of us with pool resurfacing, tile work, and stone work to be done in a tight time frame. Steve was the first person to call me back about a quote, went straight to my house for measurements, and I had a quote within hours. The quote was far below the next closest competitor, and he began work the next day. Constantly in communication with us throughout the project, and the work was amazing. Heâ ll always be my first call for pool work!

2 months my pool has set empty and torn up. First sub crew Steve Edwards sent did the least they thought they could get away with then intended to cover the inadequate prep work with new plaster. Numerous delaminated spots were not prepped, even after multiple times telling them and marking them. They tried to fill a leaking crack in the gunite with sidewalk crack filler instead of repairing it. Would have looked good with a new coat of plaster - for a few months. (I dont think I will ever be able to force a contractor like this one to honor any kind of warranty.) Steve Edwards has been very sincere sounding, very upbeat, extremely convincing. Always has an excuse of why no one showed up. Endless broken promises that has kept me or my wife trapped at our house the last two months expecting his second crew, Michael, to come finish our pool. Steve is all about selling the job and telling me anything that might satisfy us for a day or two, He turned our job over to a subcontractor right away, then has no control over what his different subcontractors do or do not do. This has been our experience. If you make the mistake of hiring his company, I hope you have a better experience.
