Luxe Lagoon replaced the tile, coping and mastic for our pool. We had multiple bids; Luxe Lagoon was the last bid we took and by far the best choice we could have made! My husband and I liked Steve and his attention to detail right from the start. He noticed the small things that needed repair without us having to point them out. He had a plan, was positive, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He did everything he said he would do and more. The color choice he suggested for the coping matched flawlessly with our current travertine deck. Alex created a beautiful glass tile rounded back for our spa, custom cut the coping and installed complimenting mastic. Hunter made sure our pool was cleaned and the water clear and balanced. He quickly had our pool back up and running. Luxe Lagoon provides dependable service, quality work, beautiful results and the integrity to do it right and make it right. We feel fortunate to have found Steve and company!

I have had a very poor experience with Steve and Luxe Lagoon so far (we?re still in the middle of it!). We were promised our job would "take 2, at most 3 weeks?, but we?re going into week 10 with no end in sight. Our pool and backyard were completely trashed for 7+ weeks. Every week we?d hear ?we?ll be there tomorrow?, and every week there was a new excuse why he couldn?t be here. Stevie admitted that our project wasn?t his priority. He asked for 75% of the money upfront and in good faith, we paid him (our mistake). I asked for my money back, but Stevie has refused. At this point, I?ll dispute charges with my credit card company to try to recoup some of the lost money. We?ve tried to give Stevie the benefit of the doubt for weeks, but we have simply run out of patience. I'll update this post when it's been remediation or there's progress.

This was a warranty repair. Steve honored the warranty from the last job and did a wonderful job on the repair. The "repair" necessitated a total replacement/redo of the old plaster. It looks awesome. Thank you, Steve!

We hired Luxe Lagoon Pool Design to resurface our pool and install new mastic. Our experience with Steve and his team was fantastic. He was so easy to work with. He shared some good ideas with us, which we used. He has an operations gentleman named Dearl Brewer, who is also fantastic at setting up and repairing the equipment. They were fair and reasonable in the pricing and delivered excellent quality work. I don't think you will find a better pool company than this. Believe me, I shopped the metroplex. If you don't use Luxe Laggon, you had better do your research. I found many companies out there that will take advantage of you. After the job, I could not be more pleased with Steve and his company.

Omg the work done came out amazing and was done in a timely manner, I personally added some of my own work but the finish product was transformed from 20+ yr old pool to like new, like it was just installed. Couldn?t be happier, also owner personal rescued me from a disaster, half ass work done by previous contractor that decided not to finish after receiving deposit, great doing business with company and recommend to anyone needing work done for their pool and outdoor living Give 5 out of 5 stars

They were very quick with responses! They were very courteous and understanding. Their company builds from the ground up so when I presented them with a problem, they already had an idea of what to do and send someone out within the week to come check it out. They were very knowledgeable and reliable. They gave me a reasonable window they would make it to my house so I didn't have to wait several hours. They informed me of the issue, fixed it and was on their way. I did not remodel the pool this time, it was just a problem/issue with how the pool operated, but Darrell was able to figure out the issue and resolve it quickly. Definitely recommend for future pool issues!
