Our pool was built in 1996. We took several bids and finally decided on Plaster People to complete the refurbishment. The owner, Juan Huerta and his crew did a great job. I highly recommend this company

Great attitude, great work athletics, honest, and reliable

Plaster People resurfaced my pool May 2022. There was one place where the crack was pretty bad and I asked if it would need to be cut from the surrounding cement and was told no(one other person who gave me a quote said yes it would need to be and one said no). The pool cracked in the same place within a week. After several phone calls all from me and 4 times of canceling from Plaster People, the crack was finally fixed a little over a year after the original work. It seems to be holding for now. Juan was responsive until the work was done and paid for and then it was almost impossible to get him to respond.

We used Plaster People operated by Juan Carlos Huerta. This company was unprofessional all around. They will take your money and then become unresponsive to any of your questions or concerns. No communication whatsoever. Text, calls, and emails unanswered.(I have proof of this). They damaged my property. The entire process was a nightmare. He left and left me the pool project unfinished. He has no employees, He hires the cheapest companies to do the work for him. He has no knowledge of the business and this is said by the contractors themselves. he is only been at this for like 2 years. Be careful with their reviews on Google. Unreliable and unprofessional. If you are in the market for a pool renovation, look for another company who truly cares about your project and one that has the professional ethics to work along with. Do your homework before you consider using him and make sure He sign a contract with you since he did not want to sign the contract with me.

The The wh0 crew was wonderful. They were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Juan Caos, was very we ll informed about everything.

Carlos did a great job with getting my pool re-plastered. He explanied all details clearly and provided clear breakdown of costs. My pool looks great and he has helped with getting it started up as well.

Carlos did exactly what we agreed upon and in a very timely manner which is unheard of any more. Pool and tile look great. Pricing was very good as well.

Awesome to work with and they continued to do a great job from start to finish. Very nice and professional.
