I thought they did a fine job on all aspects of the renovation with the exception of the finish of the exposed aggregate decking that was poured. The contractor they hired to do this obviously took no pride in his work. There were 2 spots where a stick of wood was showing on the finish and when he he used the water to expose the aggregate, he washed out some pebbles making the finish feel rough.

We definitely recommend A Perfect Finish. The owner Mark is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He is a Retired Aircraft Tech who builds pools with the precision it takes to keep a jet engine running. Mark recommended things I hadn't thought of for function and longevity, and saved us money where I wanted something I heard was the best. He didn't bully or sell us, he taught and explained every detail. The finished product is more beautiful than I pictured. I look forward to many pool parties and lots of family fun!

We definitely recommend A Perfect Finish. The owner (Mark) was present during the entire process. He was careful with details and expected only the best work from his team. He had a strong relationship with his staff, who he had been working with for years; We loved Sean, David and Jeff as they were each perfectionists in their own regard and even worked into the evening (asking me if it was okay to do so) when they felt it was needed . They even fixed my back gate and my garage door opener which were inoperable!! A Perfect Finish went "above and beyond the call of duty!" They. also offered competitive pricing. (In ground pool remodel). My pool is now GORGEOUS! We liked them so well that we have hired them for another project!
