"It's hard to find reliable, trustworthy repair people of any kind. Well, I found H&K and the reviews led me to hire them. I cannot stress how impressed I was with Henry's attention to detail, pride in his work and friendliness. He explained what it would take to do the job and the cost. I had to have a bridge cabinet cut down to fit a combination microwave/vent hood over the range. He did this expertly and even helped install the microwave/vent hood. He also had to do some electrical to that same cabinet. Our job also included tile backsplash on two walls. Henry went way above just doing a good job, he went the extra mile to make sure the wife and I were satisfied..................... WITHOUT ASKING or pushing him, like some contractors you run in to. If you need any home repair done, H&K would be one of the first, if not the first, to contact for a bid. I won't bother getting quotes from another. Once I find a good contractor for what I need, I stick with them, and I have their card in my select few of various contractors I trust. Thanks again Henry, and Kristy, you guys are great!!"

He fixed our home dishwasher when the main control board failed, fixed a double oven at our church and yesterday fixed our home refrigerator /freezer. Each time the service has been outstanding, reasonably priced and done by knowledgeable professionals.Dustin himself did most of the work on the earlier calls. Yesterday Brett fixed our refrigerator/freezer. He did an outstanding job and worked tirelessly to make sure it was working perfectly by the tie he left at 9:30p. "Chandler and his assistant were responsive to my needs of understanding that I just wanted to check to make sure they were running properly. I'd also put my washer and dryer up on a portly built platform to make it easier for me to get laundry out of the front loaders due to some eye surgery. The person who built it didn't make it big enough and so it caused the washer to be unbalanced. Chandler and his assistant were willing to help pull them off onto the floor and put the back where they had been and moved the platform out of the room. The washer works so well that I tagged him and said I don't think the water is on. He said I remember turning it on. So I ran a load of dry clothing and everything was damp and clean. I appreciate him holding my hand when I had questions"

"Dispatch was prompt and got a technician out quickly. Technician was friendly and finished the job on the same day. Left the workspace clean and tested to make sure the dryer worked. 3 days later, the dryer stopped heating. The technician was able to come back, diagnose the problem, and fix it promptly."
