"Brad did an amazing job. My pool has a lot of tree around it and there were a lot of leaves at the bottom of the pool and it had started to turn green. Brad took all of the leaves and debris out of my pool, clean the filters, scrubbed the sides, vacuumed the debris off the bottom and had my pool crystal clear in 5 days. He came back to test and check it to be sure two days after that. 100% recommend him to everyone! I know I've found my pool guy now too! Thanks Brad!!"

Craig was able to remove the trapped cord and install a new light when other companies wanted to drill through the concrete decking."

He is a Retired Aircraft Tech who builds pools with the precision it takes to keep a jet engine running. Mark recommended things I hadn't thought of for function and longevity, and saved us money where I wanted something I heard was the best. He didn't bully or sell us, he taught and explained every detail. The finished product is more beautiful than I pictured. I look forward to many pool parties and lots of family fun!"

"Contacted Jose, he came over to look at pool/spa and answered all our questions. We wanted pebble tech finish, tile at upper edge of pool, spa tile redone, and new LED light for both pool and spa. They started on a Thursday, removed three layers of surface material down to the gunite. Friday, they picked up up materials, Saturday they started the project new pebble tech and all new tiles on both spa and pool. They completed the work on Sunday, and followed up with acid wash, and daily, Jose would come by to sweep pool, add chemicals as needed, until project was complete. My wife and I can’t say enough of how our 33,000 gallon pool ended looking like new and prettier. Jose keeps you informed of process and is a very hardworking honest person who delivers a great product and customer support."

"Chris and his crew were very professional, courteous and hard working. I started with and inop heater and blower motor. My last elec/gas bill convinced me, it was time to rethink the problem. Chris was very informative and answered all my questions and submitted a quote. We negotiated a little bit. He did the work in extras, and I only paid the quote. You can see the original pad that held the old equip. The new is very energy efficient. He had an electrician that worked with him, and they brought everything up to code and ensured everything was safe. As for hardworking, they installed at the end of March, when we had all the rain, and they worked through all of that. I would have given them 6 stars! If I have any other pool problems Chris and North Point services are my first stop."

"Juan was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive in communication. He worked with me on price the best he could. He was also very helpful in dealing with our home owners insurance. His guys are hard workers and they did a fantastic job in record time. The longest part was waiting out the liner and other parts to come in. Once everything arrived they were very fast and efficient. Everything looks beautiful. I was so lucky to find Juan. I had an inground vinyl liner installed, our skimmer replaced, liner coping replaced, some plumbing and our entire pool deck repainted. The coping and skimmer was a big job as he had to cut the pool deck to replace it. Once he was done, you cannot tell that it had been cut at all. A perfect match on the deck texture and they did a fantastic job repainting my entire deck. Everything looks beautiful and brand new. And he offers a seven year guarantee on any repairs he does.
