"Everyone I spoke with in setting up the appointment were very professional and answered all my questions. They replied in all manners with emails, phone calls and text message. Really good when your busy yourself and you have some options to keep the communication going. Our inspector, Joe, was really great and answered all our questions. After seeing the issue he also recommending to get a fan to help air out the dampness in the area. The results took about 4 days for me to get back. Once I got the results their team called me and walked me through the results and gave me the recommendations needed so a remediation company knew what they are going to be working with. They said if any other questions feel free to call them anytime. I would definitely use them again for future needs."
