Justin was following on the heels of an unscrupulous company that said we needed to replace our entire AC condenser and coil unit. It just didn’t feel right to us, and we sought out a second opinion, although, willing to replace the unit. Justin came out to our home within half an hour of my inquiry and diagnosed the problem completely. He FIXED the unit and saved us $1000’s of dollars. It would have been so easy for him to go along with the flawed (fraud) diagnosis and have replace the unit himself. The Sales Staff listened to our needs & wants then gave us multiple options at different price points explaining the reasons for the different prices. They didn't try to over sell and actually talked us out of replacing our water heater since it wasn't needed. They checked and fixed everything that was associated with our Furnace and AC replacement including what was needed to move our AC over 3 feet to be within code as part of their service! The whole process from start to finish exceeded our expectations. I just wish you guys did sewer line repair because then I wouldn't have a hard time deciding which company to go with!!"
