  Comment: We have an unfinshed basment that has plumbing for a bathroom. We want a bedroom/office and a family room. The braker box is in the basement but may need an expansion box. The water pex manifold is also in the basement and has expansion spots available for the bathroom. There is a division wall already built. We would like to door off the furnace room and cold storage. We have a ac unit and furnace but would like the the basement to be made ready for a future mini split system. In the family room we would like a ceiling outlet for projector access and powered projector screen. We have google smart home features everywhere in the home so those smart features must be compatible. We want the bathroom to be A 3/4 bath with shower over tub. Bathroom should be accessible even when the bedroom is closed. Linen shelves in the bathroom. If possible a queen Murphy bed built into wall in bedroom. Fine with either wood or metal framing. Tv in wall panels in both the bedroom and family room. We either want carpet or laminate flooring. Stairs to basment are partially finished with drywall all the way down. Outlets from the basment ceiling to garage wall. Sound proofing insulation and paint would be nice.

Plugs switches a new wiring switches Sheetrock, perfataping, sanding and painting.and lights. With dimmer switches. And frame and build new closet.
