Responded quickly to set up an appointment. Was able to come for evaluation on the same day. After evaluation, was able to fix the problem on the same visit. He was even able to fix an additional problem where a pipe that was improperly built and leaking condensation into the metal enclosure causing rust, so that it didn’t leak anymore.

Very responsive and punctual; reasonable charge for the a/c repair.

I had two companies come by today to diagnose and give me quotes. The first company told me that I needed to replace a board in my furnace approx $1200. The second company (Air Service Experts) came by and had the problem diagnosed as a common wire being misconnected. He had my problem fixed in a couple of minutes. I had them perform a cleaning and maintenance service while on site. Fantastic service and a fraction of the cost.

Another HVAC company had damaged a line while replacing the furnace and refused to cover the price to fix it, gave an outrageous estimate. Had Air service experts come out for a second opinion. Quoted me less than half of what the other company wanted and let us know that some of the work the other company wanted to do was unnecessary. They arrived on time and repaired the line and recharged the unit in a very fast and efficient manner. The AC works better than ever. Very honest & professional. Glad to know there are still companies with integrity out there. Very highly recommend.

Paid nearly $200 for service only to have furnace go out again 2 months later.

The repair man was here within 30-40 mins. Seemed very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the problem promptly. Figured out the thermostat was bad. Had 3 on his truck that we were able to choose from. He was knowledgeable about the thermostats and was able to explain the different options so we could pick the one that would be best for us. Upon getting the call and setting up the appointment with the office, Kristine was super professional and very knowledgeable about the company and the service they provide. We have a new HVAC repair company!
