"We were told that before the colored stucco would be applied we would see a sample of the stucco. We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."

"Note that this company is not just a roofing/siding company! Two separate jobs: shower stall/plumbing replacement and tub/shower/plumbing replacement. Both were done ahead of schedule (one day each). Quality materials expertly installed at a reasonable price have proven to be a good investment. "Tony guided me through the project every step of the way. He explained what was going on with my siding, gave me options and recommendations for correcting it, and was patient with me as we discovered additional issues that needed to be addressed. Tony and his team were punctual, courteous, and professional in every way. The siding replacement is an exact match to the existing siding and the installation itself is much better than what had been there before. During the project, I expressed concerns with the gutters and flashing around the house. Tony agreed to take on this additional work at a fair price and I am glad that he did! "Working with Adam and Nate, through the estimate and scheduling was great. David completed the job and did an amazing job. We removed a window for a remodel. We filled in where the window existed and Alta completed the repair stucco work. They sampled the stucco color prior to the actual work. The match in color could not have been better. Almost perfect. Not too bad for stucco that had been on our home for 29 years. Unless you were told of the repair on the stucco you would never recognize it was done. Thanks to the Alta team. Will recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future if/when needed."
