Once again I find myself writing a negative review about the horrible service at this company. I called to schedule my annual air conditioner tune-ups. At the time of my installation, I had agreed to accept two years of free tune-ups to my HVAC systems as compensation for the outrageous experience I had during that installation. During the call, I found out that they cleverly scheduled my so-called membership in a way that did not get me two seasons of air conditioner tune-ups but ran the expiration of the "membership" to the date of the installation so of course I did not realize I had to schedule in February. I inquired about the price for tune-ups without the membership and I was told it would cost $139.00. Rather than argue I agreed to pay that price. The rep took my credit card information and told me I had to wait until the payment was processed to schedule the work. I found that odd but whatever. It took two days to get a confirmation email and when I opened it the price went up to $488.00 for a full maintenance plan. I simply wanted to schedule annual preventative maintenance on the relatively new units I have. Still, now I get a solicitation for expensive services that I do not want or need. There is no end to the incompetence and straight-up deceit I have experienced with this company! Please do not use them they will lie through their teeth at every turn!

I had a pro out to my residence the same day I inquired. Their customer service operated was awesome and the tech that came out (Tim) was great. He explained to me what I was experiencing and made sure I understood. Extremely helpful and I’ll continue to utilize this company for ongoing needs. Thank you!

too expensive
Horizon delivered exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Our furnace stopped working @ 5am on a Sunday morning. Tech was here at 10 am as promised, found the problem and ordered the part required. Monday was a holiday. Part arrived Tuesday, Horizon called me and same tech returned to install the part and complete the repair. VERY Professional in all aspects. Would highly recommend them to anyone at anytime who needs their services. Nobody wants to deal with heating repairs, but I am glad I contacted them. Dan H. Thanks all away across the board .
