"Salesperson, Scott Matalevich, worked with us to get us the right air condition for our house. He was very polite and patient and wore a mask due to this Covid19 problem. The technicians, Dwayne and Keyrox did a great job in the installation of our air condition. Everything was neat and clean by the time they left the house. They worked really .hard, not even taking a long break. Also Want to put in a great word for Farrah Coppinger, from Customer Service. "Faced with a suddenly leaking air conditioner toward summer's end, I didn't know if this was something that could be fixed, or if it would even be worth fixing. I'm very glad I decided to try. I found M&R on HomeAdvisor and e-mailed them last night (after hours). Rene called me first thing this morning, explained what he thought the problem was and said he could come this afternoon. I was much encouraged by our telephone conversation, and I was even more impressed when Rene and his partner, Marvin, arrived. They were very pleasant and courteous (even to my cats and dogs), quite knowledgeable and extremely professional. They explained everything as they went along, worked diligently, and left my home even cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely hire M&R again! Also, I would recommend them to anyone else who needed help with their air conditioning and/or heating."

"It is imperative that everyone knows about Mathew and the kind, charming man he is. I got to know him because our boiler took its last breath on Monday December 2, 2019. My husband was looking to hire someone to replace our boiler he came across Mattie through HomeAdvisor, he accepted the call and asked me to speak to him. We instantly connected, exchanged a couple of laughs and asked if he could come to look at our boiler later that evening. Mattie was punctual, and did not charge to come all the way out to our home in valley stream, as others might do while making house calls. He does business the old-fashioned way! As soon as Mattie arrived that evening he was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. At that very moment, I had a gut feeling that if I chose Matt to replace my boiler it would be in great hands and that I had nothing to worry myself about. After our consultation was over on December 2nd I told Matt that I had other people coming in for quotes, and I would let him know what I was going to do and if I was going to hire him for the job. After meeting with all the people I did not feel comfortable or satisfied with any of them as I did with Mathew. On Wednesday, December 4, 2019, I called Matt and finalized all the details and decided to hire him to replace my boiler and water heater. Let me tell you... I did not think I would have a working boiler and water heater as quick as I did, we have like 9 family members living in this house, which does not have proper insulation and the windows are a bit old as well. So it was pretty cold to say the least. Ages ranging from 1 1/2 year old to a 75-year-old. We had to be bundled to the max, as the weather for this week was in the low 30s. I wanted that boiler fixed like yesterday and that is exactly what Matt delivered. Friday, December 6, 2019 6:45 a.m. sharp Matt and his crew were outside my home. His team worked like a well oiled machine and before I could say **Bada Bing Bada Boom** I had a beautiful boiler and a hot water heater installed. I cannot praise enough the efficiency of his team. Since we clicked so well it was only natural that I take my chance and ask him to fix something extra! But to my delightful surprise, he went above and beyond my expectations... money very well spent. He changed the majority of my radiator valves in my home without any charges and, let me tell you, it made all the difference. We used to have to put the heat to 77 to get decent heat on the second floor but now we do not need to go above 72. Not to mention one of the bedrooms did not even get heat previous to Matt fixing the valves. One other **on the house** jobs he did for me before he left was relocating the thermostat which also made all the difference as the previous boiler guy I had work done by screwed it up and set it up in the absolute wrong place. I know I probably should not have mention all these things he did for me because, but he just is a stand up guy and I feel obliged to as it shows the absolute sweetheart and kind-hearted human he is. It is hard to find people where its not all about the money but rather the quality of relationships we make when we meet one another. Integrity is choosing your thoughts and actions based on values rather than personal gain. It is safe to say I highly recommend Matt and his crew from On Time Piping and Heating LTD. You will not be disappointed. P.S. I waited to post the review because I wanted to see how smoothly the boiler was going to run. I know I wrote an essay but it is a well deserved review. Thank You!"

"I was having issues with my boiler in the middle of the night and I decided to call New York HVAC at 2:30am thinking I would receive voicemail, I mistakenly thought wrong..... Vinny picked up phone and gladly discussed my furnace issues and in return, set up an appointment at 8am that same morning. Once he arrived he was able fix my boiler within an hr. Vinny is very knowledgable and was great pleasure to deal with. I certainly recommend his services without question!! I intend on retaining him once again for other HVAC projects I have in the near future."

"I had a complete replacement of an HVAC system. An attic air handler and outdoor heat pump was just installed. I used Moore Services. I love the guy , his integrity and the quality of his work. He is patient answering questions with a dedication to his customers well being. He calls when he says he will call and shows up when he says he will show up. He shows respect for not only my home but my cats as well. He is reliable, fair in price and did an absolutely beautiful job. I couldnâ t wait to leave this review because too often people leave reviews only when they are angry. They use the internet to vent their rage. Usually , but not always, it has nothing to do with the service they receive . They unjustly displace their anger and dissatisfaction with life onto an innocent contractor. These people motivate me to leave good reviews. Credit should be given where credit is due. I have had many heating and cooling people service my unit throughout the years but when it came time to actually upgrade I went with Joe Moore! You wonâ t be disappointed! I highly recommend him for heating and cooling issues. Boilers too. I am writing this review as I enjoy my newly installed smoothly running air conditioner. If you want peace of mind, comfort and honesty then call Joe who is the owner of Moore Services! He is also a very nice, down to earth guy who knows his stuff! He also replies promptly. "We had trouble lighting our natural gas boiler about a month after we suffered flash flooding due to hurricane Ida's heavy rain. The unit's electricity turns on, but the gas was not lighting despite clearly hearing the sparks. I called Mario who was kind from the start, and scheduled an appointment to check the boiler. Mario worked backwards through his checks: the gas valve, each of the wires, the pilot igniter and pilot gas hose. He showed us the gas valve had corrosion and water in it and had to be replaced. He then vacuumed the gas pipes to remove excess water, and installed a new valve; however, after a test, the gas would not turn on. He checked the wires and voltage was proper. He checked the igniter pilot, and discovered the flame was not lighting - gas was not reaching the pilot; the pilot gas hose had to be unclogged. Once he did that, the unit started working again! Mario was very detailed and patient in his approach. He has been pretty honest and kind, and it shows through his work. He made sure to test the boiler works properly with different thermostat settings, and also checked the heat radiators were working and heating the rooms. He made sure we did not spend more than necessary by explaining exactly what need to be replaced and what could be repaired or cleaned to make things work. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended!"
