Neil kept me completley in the loop during the entire process. Neil and his crew showed up on time, cleaned up and took his time explaining the new boiler. The price was very reasonable. Would HIGHLY recommend NJM for all your HVAC needs!"

"Salesperson, Scott Matalevich, worked with us to get us the right air condition for our house. He was very polite and patient and wore a mask due to this Covid19 problem. The technicians, Dwayne and Keyrox did a great job in the installation of our air condition. Everything was neat and clean by the time they left the house. They worked really .hard, not even taking a long break. Also Want to put in a great word for Farrah Coppinger, from Customer Service. She went beyond her duty to get us the appointment that we wanted to install the air condition. Thanks to the team on this project!!"

The team was super professional with the documentation and communication. Plus, they got it all done right on schedule, which was a huge relief. "We've used this service twice - both time to install split level units. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and the technician. Steve was on time (a rearity for contractors), the job was completed in a timely manner, he clean up after himself and best of all the units work like a charm. Unlike most contractors that grab the money and disappear Steve has checked in with us to confirm that the units are still working. Excellent customer service indeed!"

"Faced with a suddenly leaking air conditioner toward summer's end, I didn't know if this was something that could be fixed, or if it would even be worth fixing. I'm very glad I decided to try. I found M&R on HomeAdvisor and e-mailed them last night (after hours). Rene called me first thing this morning, explained what he thought the problem was and said he could come this afternoon. I was much encouraged by our telephone conversation, and I was even more impressed when Rene and his partner, Marvin, arrived. They were very pleasant and courteous (even to my cats and dogs), quite knowledgeable and extremely professional. They explained everything as they went along, worked diligently, and left my home even cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely hire M&R again! Also, I would recommend them to anyone else who needed help with their air conditioning and/or heating."

"I was having issues with my boiler in the middle of the night and I decided to call New York HVAC at 2:30am thinking I would receive voicemail, I mistakenly thought wrong..... Vinny picked up phone and gladly discussed my furnace issues and in return, set up an appointment at 8am that same morning. Once he arrived he was able fix my boiler within an hr. Vinny is very knowledgable and was great pleasure to deal with. I certainly recommend his services without question!! I intend on retaining him once again for other HVAC projects I have in the near future."

"Would recommend Vista Chill to anyone that wants someone that really knows what there doing and actually cares. "Theres a reason they are called Pros. I reached out to them on a Saturday morning when my boiler would not work. Moh came out that day and in 5 minutes, he located the problem and began working on repairing it. In less than 2 hours, the heat was back on! "It is imperative that everyone knows about Mathew and the kind, charming man he is. I got to know him because our boiler took its last breath on Monday December 2, 2019. My husband was looking to hire someone to replace our boiler he came across Mattie through HomeAdvisor, he accepted the call and asked me to speak to him. We instantly connected, exchanged a couple of laughs and asked if he could come to look at our boiler later that evening. Mattie was punctual, and did not charge to come all the way out to our home in valley stream, as others might do while making house calls. He does business the old-fashioned way! As soon as Mattie arrived that evening he was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. At that very moment, I had a gut feeling that if I chose Matt to replace my boiler it would be in great hands and that I had nothing to worry myself about. After our consultation was over on December 2nd I told Matt that I had other people coming in for quotes, and I would let him know what I was going to do and if I was going to hire him for the job. After meeting with all the people I did not feel comfortable or satisfied with any of them as I did with Mathew. On Wednesday, December 4, 2019, I called Matt and finalized all the details and decided to hire him to replace my boiler and water heater. Let me tell you... I did not think I would have a working boiler and water heater as quick as I did, we have like 9 family members living in this house, which does not have proper insulation and the windows are a bit old as well. So it was pretty cold to say the least. Ages ranging from 1 1/2 year old to a 75-year-old. We had to be bundled to the max, as the weather for this week was in the low 30s. I wanted that boiler fixed like yesterday and that is exactly what Matt delivered. Friday, December 6, 2019 6:45 a.m. sharp Matt and his crew were outside my home. His team worked like a well oiled machine and before I could say **Bada Bing Bada Boom** I had a beautiful boiler and a hot water heater installed. I cannot praise enough the efficiency of his team. Since we clicked so well it was only natural that I take my chance and ask him to fix something extra! But to my delightful surprise, he went above and beyond my expectations... money very well spent. He changed the majority of my radiator valves in my home without any charges and, let me tell you, it made all the difference. We used to have to put the heat to 77 to get decent heat on the second floor but now we do not need to go above 72. Not to mention one of the bedrooms did not even get heat previous to Matt fixing the valves. One other **on the house** jobs he did for me before he left was relocating the thermostat which also made all the difference as the previous boiler guy I had work done by screwed it up and set it up in the absolute wrong place. I know I probably should not have mention all these things he did for me because, but he just is a stand up guy and I feel obliged to as it shows the absolute sweetheart and kind-hearted human he is. It is hard to find people where its not all about the money but rather the quality of relationships we make when we meet one another. Integrity is choosing your thoughts and actions based on values rather than personal gain. It is safe to say I highly recommend Matt and his crew from On Time Piping and Heating LTD. You will not be disappointed. P.S. I waited to post the review because I wanted to see how smoothly the boiler was going to run. I know I wrote an essay but it is a well deserved review. Thank You!"
