"My Fiancé and I were in need of a major Kitchen remodel, that being said I had very bad experience when I had my basement redone, the contractor never finished the job and within less than a year what was done started to fall apart. What made that experience even worse it was a friend who was a contractor. Ok now the happy part comes, I went on home advisor to see what I could learn. I contacted Selective Sculptures they had great reviews and testimonials. First Dominic came to my home to see what needed to be done, we discussed our budget and how long it would take to complete. The next step we met at the design studio (mind blown he met me on a Sunday) his ideas were way better than mine we showed him our taste in colors and textures and he pulled off what I can only describe as amazing. Step 2 Dominic came back to the house with Anthony the GM and an entire crew I was speechless the lead plumber, carpenter and electrician went through every aspect with us it was quite an experience to say the least all this for only an estimate. I pulled the trigger if they were scamming me they deserved to get paid they were that impressive. Step 3 Dominic came back with his design plans again I was speechless he came up this a floor plan I one didn't think of or 2 thought possible. I agreed on the spot and was told work would start in 2 weeks and be done in 5-6 weeks. Well half way through what else does one do I was so happy I added additional work tear down the drop down ceiling in living room and do all the hard woods I had no idea I even had (bonus). I would speak to Anthony almost on a daily basis ( I'm sure he didn't love that ) but he was constantly making sure I was happy with progress and had answers for my questions never a let me check on that and not get back to me, in fact twice after I had a question within a few hours he would be calling me from my home so he knew exactly what I was talking about. Step 4 there's always a step 4 the basement's unfinished bathroom again above and beyond they gutted it out and did a total redo. I get a call from Anthony nearing the end as we never discussed color vanity or sink, he says do you trust me I said yes I do and that was the last we spoke of it until its completion he took a nightmare and made it a dream. Our house is now our home I couldn't in my wildest dreams be happier more satisfied or even fulfilled with how all the work was done the professionalism from the entire crew. I am only saddened by one thing and that's the feeling I lost 2 friends in Anthony and Dominic and that's a testimony to them and their desire to customer satisfaction. "They replaced my concrete floor in my garage, as well as replacing my large front stoop and walkway. Each job was meticulously done. Michael was engaged from start to finish. He was here first thing to start the men and make sure they understood exactly what was needed. They were all professional and knowledgeable. He has a number of crews for jobs and each person was very good. When needed, he would have 10 men show up and then less when demolishing my stoop was done. Each day there was no less than 6 people. He is in constant touch with them and the job and went over each detail with me. "We hired Joe and his team to demolish our almost 20 year old wood deck, and replace it with a Paver Patio and walkway paved in Nicolock Stoneridge XL pavers in the Oceanic Blue color bordered with Nicolock Rustico 6x9 in the Raven color. After months of searching for a company to do this project for us, we were thrilled to find Joe, who was responsible, responsive, informative, and fair. Joe walked us through finding the right pavers for us, making suggestions for additions and other ways to amplify our project, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. While working with Joe, we decided on adding some enhancements to our patio. We did a Fire pit with sitting wall plus columns were built with a combination of: Cambridge Maytrx wall blocks in the Limestone Quarry Blend color for the sitting wall. Cambridge Maytrix Columns in the Limestone Quarry Blend capped with Cambridge 24x24 Natural Stone Blackburn caps. Cambridge Garden Wall Fire pit kit in the Limestone Quarry Blend color, as well as an Outdoor kitchen with Bar top built with Cambridge Olde English Non-tumbled wall blocks in the Limestone Quarry Blend color Step treads and sitting wall capped with Nicolock 6x12 Fullnose in the Raven color Home foundation and new steps veneered with MSI surfaces Ledge Panel in the Alaskan Grey color. The stone sills were installed with Boulder Creek chisel faced in the Tivoli color ADS and NDS storm water solutions used throughout the project, to ensure the integrity of our property and the new work that was just done. We love our new backyard, and have already used it more in the few weeks weâ ve had it done that we probably have used it since we live here. Also important to note, Joeâ s crew is the most respectful group of men we have ever worked with. They are extremely professional and tidy. "Ryan from R&D is an true and honest guy. He won't give you the runaround, he won't try to talk you into something you don't need, and he and his crew are just artists when it came to remodeling our bathroom. We chose the inventory and R&D made it happen. Complete tile work of our shower and floor came out beautiful. I'll admit, it was a tough bathroom to remodel because the ceiling wasn't dormered. So, it made it a bit harder to tile due to the angles. But they made it work. They, also, helped outsource companies that were right in our price range from doing work on the shower door and counter top for the vanities. I highly recommend R&D and I think you should consider them for your next project."
