"I posted on HomeAdvisor on Thursday 7/29, Manny called me and came to my house within an hour, gave me an appraisal and I accepted it. Said it would probably be Monday 8/2 before they could do the job depending on the availability of the new equipment. But he called me back later that afternoon and stated that they had all of the equipment and would like to know if they could do the job the next day on Fri 7/30. I must say that Manny was very professional, courteous and friendly. No hard push to buy their service. He said the team would be at my house at 8:00 on Friday, and sure enough, 7:55 am they were there and ready to work. The two guys Luis and Miguel started the immediate removal of the equipment, and shortly there after David Nieto the owner arrived with all of the brand new equipment. The removed the old equipment refrigerated AC/furnace and water heater and installed the new equipment by 12:30. They probably could have done it faster had I not kept asking questions and interrupting their work...LOL The entire team was very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Black & Silver Services for your next Heating and Cooling needs. Also they cleaned up the work areas very nicely and hauled away the old equipment. "I was in need of a new furnace and duct work for a manufactured home. Jose, gave me a very good price. The estimate did not provide a lot of specifics, but all my questions were answered in great detail, and I knew then that Red & Blue Heating & Cooling was the right choice for me. The new furnace was electric so required a licensed electrician to perform all the electrical work including service upgrade. The electrician that Jose sub-contracted, Juan at JMC Electric Solutions, was top notch and provided excellent and timely work in conjunction with the furnace install. Being that the work was being done on a mobile home, both Red and Blue and the electrician had to obtain special licensing and permitting from the state of New Mexico in order to be in compliance with all rules pertaining to manufactured homes. This was an additional (unforeseen) expense but none of the cost was passed down to me which was greatly appreciated. The furnace is working perfectly and I'm now thinking about upgrading my cooling system come spring in which case I will be contacting Red & Blue once again."

"Sean responds so quickly if he is not able to answer the call immediately. We hired him to clean our 15 year old ac/furnace. We had been told when we built the house that the unit would only last 15 years. Sean told us that the unit was limping along and we would have to replace within a year. He replaced some parts and thought that would keep it until next year. However, we had a power outage and the unit would not come back on. It had to be replaced. Sean went over several options for us. We ordered a new unit and Sean refunded the price of the parts that he had replaced the week before. I thought that was very decent of him. When the new unit came he spent all day installing it and trying to get it to run. It refused to work. Sean went out and bought a window unit to try to keep our house as comfortable as possible for New Mexico summers. He came back the next day and spent all day Saturday trying to make the unit run. It would not. He called the factory rep who said he'd try to walk Sean through trouble shooting. Sean insisted that he come and check the unit out. Turns out the unit was defective. As soon as the replacement unit came Sean got it installed and going! He was such a sweetheart being concerned for us in the heat and doing his best to keep us as comfortable as possible. I'd DEFINITELY will continue to do business with him."

"Our AC went out during the heatwave this year. The company that came out said they couldnt find the oart in town and it would take them over a week to fix it due to them being booked. My husband is on oxygen so the heat was affecting his health. I called RR HVAC and spoke with Steve about our issue and my concerns about my husband's health.. Steve was able to locate the part I needed and said he could swing by on his way to another appointment and install it quickly so we could restore our AC. He went way above and beyond to help us and saved my husband from getting sick and weak from the high temperatures that were making it hard for him to breath. Steve is knowledgeable and really cares about his customers. I have been referring him to everyone I know and highly recommend him."

Kenneth, my installer, did a superb, professional install, and fully explained the operation of the new hot water heater. Despite the fact that Lowes Delivery couldn't get their act together as far as my request that the installer pick up the hot water heater, Kenneth was flexible and understanding, and arrived on schedule to perform the install.
