"My project was probably one of the smaller ones they do, but from the care they took, you'd have thought it was a really big project. I had a tub removed and a walk in shower installed. From the time they came to show me their products through all the measuring process, they were always on time and called to let me know they were on their way. James did the work on my house. He was very careful and took all the time he needed to make sure that everything was done correctly. He was very neat, and cleaned up after himself each day. The work took about a day longer than I expected, but I didn't mind, because the work was professionally done. I would hire Surface Innovations again if I have another home project, and I would recommend them to my friends. The only caution I would invite you to take is to make sure that each fixture you are expecting is specifically listed on the sales agreement. At the end of the project, I asked where the shower curtain was. That night, I got out my sales agreement, and sure enough, it was not listed, so I couldn't expect it to be included. When James arrived the next morning, I told him that I had made a mistake and asked him if he would install a shower curtain rod if I would run to the store to get it. He had brought one that he picked up on his way to my house. How thoughtful! Customer satisfaction was paramount in my experience. I will hire them again!"
