He inspected the boiler and the house, asked questions about the house and what I wanted. Gave me advice on what I wanted to do. Mike e-mailed me three quotes a few day later, with specs on the boilers. Called me a few days after that to see if I had questions. I made the appointment for the install, again, on my schedule. Mike and his crew showed up on time. We went over what was expected, and his crew was off the the races. They removed the old boiler and installed the new boiler as promised. "I don't write reviews very often but after working with Jarod from Moulton Mechanical Services (MMS) I am compelled to. Jarod/MMS can be summed up in one word, exceptional. Exceptional service, exceptional quality, exceptional work ethic, and exceptional dedication to and knowledge of his craft. I have been performing a whole home renovation of a 60s era cape house and doing a lot of the work myself. The original forced air system had to go and Jarod was 1 of 5 vendors I interviewed to replace it with mini-splits. He was the first to get me a quote and I would have saved about 6 weeks waiting for the other vendors if I had gone with MMS in the first place. During this time Jarod was patient but more importantly engaged and willing to educate me on all the benefits and caveats of mini-splits. He even gave me questions to ask his competitors! You can tell right away he has a passion for his work and his customers through his high energy levels and responsiveness. Jarod was 10x more responsive than all other vendors I have worked with through my remodel. You would think through all his positive reviews Jarod would charge a premium for his services...this is not the case as Jarod was the lowest bid out of the 5 quotes I received. He even informed me about the NH Saves rebate program that saved me an additional $1300 on my installation - no other vendor even mentioned it. After he installed the mini split systems he earned additional business from me by replacing my hot water heater with a high efficiency tankless one and installing a propane wall heater as an emergency backup. It's been 2 months since the installation and I have had no issues, MMS will be performing all my HVAC maintenance going forward. If you've read this far you can see that I highly recommend Jarod/MMS, he is a breath of fresh air in a world where it's hard to even get a call returned."

"My job was fairly complex, which is why I went directly to Heritage - I wanted to retrofit a trailer with a forced hot water heating system (replacing a hot air furnace). It required a finding a boiler from one specific manufacturer, adding the hot water baseboards throughout the trailer, and dealing with installing pipes in an uninsulated crawl space.
