    Comment: Foundation drainage system is not draining out of the pit in the basement. Plumber said the outside pipe is crushed about 40 feet from house. 2nd problem is rainwater entering by the bulkhead door. Other issue is to replace the electric hot water heater and possible replacement of the water pressure tank.
