"I called to make on appointment for an estimate to replace our 30 year old boiler. The appointment was on my day off a few days later. Mike showed up on time. He inspected the boiler and the house, asked questions about the house and what I wanted. Gave me advice on what I wanted to do. Mike e-mailed me three quotes a few day later, with specs on the boilers. Called me a few days after that to see if I had questions. I made the appointment for the install, again, on my schedule. Mike and his crew showed up on time. We went over what was expected, and his crew was off the the races. They removed the old boiler and installed the new boiler as promised.
