There were several parts of the system that they failed to repair or even inform me about. Lance the installer came out to replace my old furnace and repair a few parts of the A/C system that had been slapped together, but he went above and beyond to expand my attic access, improve the drainage and bring the whole system up to code. The A/C and heating work great now, and my family and I feel safer knowing that Lance put in the extra time to carefully check everything."
