I recently had the pleasure of working with Authority Plumbing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the outset, they came to my home with a plan that demonstrated their deep understanding of plumbing challenges. Clayton, the technician assigned to my project, was exceptional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and opinions, making sure that I felt heard and valued. He explained each step, ensuring I was comfortable with the plan before proceeding. When a sub-contractor was brought on to streamline the process started making several errors, Clayton quickly took charge of the situation. They fixed these mistakes, alongside resolving my initial drainage issues, at no additional expense, was truly remarkable. The team demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring the work was completed to the highest standard. Thanks to their efforts, my plumbing issues have been resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of professional plumbing services.

Authority came out to service my tankless water heater, and I?m really impressed with the experience. Chris was the technician who handled everything, and he made sure to explain how the system works and what needed to be done. He performed a thorough cleaning, checked all the components, and made sure everything was running efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. My water heater is running like new again! I?m very happy with the service and will definitely call them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Chris (owner) was great. He responded quickly to my inquiry for removing my under mount sink to install a new drop in sink and faucet and gave a free estimate. He was Punctual, knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions and told me what supplies were needed. His employee Clayton completed the project and took the additional time to make adjustments to our countertop to ensure the sink fit properly and made sure everything was working correctly. He also cleaned up after completing the job. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and courteous manner of Authority Plumbing. Would definitely recommend.
