Integrity! We were told by a major company that we needed a whole new a/c unit. We asked neighbors for recommendations and Georges name came up. We called him for a quote on a new a/c install. After checking out our existing A/C unit It turned out an new unit wasnâ t necessary. He made the repair and saved us thousands!

Careful and professional

George was very polite and respectful. He arrived on time and explained what he was doing as the job progressed. Recommendations were made as per the age of the HVAC system. I highly recommend him. He has his own business and came out himself, i.e., - he didn't send someone who was contracted out. If we need another repair or a new HVAC system, I will definitely call George.

George was great! Super nice, suggested actions we should take due to damage and was able to fix my AC and give me piece of mind. Happy to have found an AC person that is honest and reliable.

George personally answered the phone, came out 1 hour earlier than anticipated the same day, after calling to say he was on his way! He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, had the part in his truck and had us operational in 15 minutes. He also tested our Freon and noted it was on the low side and gave us more! He recommended service for the unit, which weâ ve never serviced, so that wasnâ t a shock. When I asked to have it done, he was unable to do that day due to prior commitments. Mad an appointment to come back out and service the coils. Couldnâ t ask for a more honest reliable contractor!

George was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough, talked me through everything he did and was in and out in no time. I would definitely work with Reliance again.
