Joseph was very responsive to all my questions. His team came out on one of the hottest days in the summer and was able to diagnose the issue and to provide an estimate for the work at no charge. After shopping around a bit, we went ahead and hired him to replace the indoor evap coil and outside condenser unit. He started and finished the project the very next day. We received a 90 day labor warranty in writing. The AC is working and cold. Would recommend!

I needed Hvac work done Joseph was recommended to me. I made the appt, he showed up on time, did a wonderful job, neat clean and accurate. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC or plumbing work, He goes over the top to satisfy his customers.

Joseph was out here for approx 30 - 45 min and charged $275 I found out later typically HVAC Repairmen charge $150 p/hr I have asked several times for receipt but have not received one as of yet I still want to know what he did to charge so much. He did not go out to his truck to get any parts, I will not use him again.

Mam Check your Email I have sent your reciept for you Since the 28th of Oct This review is the 29th of OctI have been doing this for over 10 years and with a good record and grest costumer service...You call me for an emergency no Heat heat call...There are companies that Charge $250 just to come out,,,Go on this very same home advisor website and see what's the average for a HVAC repair.. When you explained your Problem on the phone to me I told You your repair could reach like $475 on the high end and you agreed for me to come out when I arrived and Troubleshoot your system and made correction to all the errors that the Unqualified person you had repairng it before I had arrive and you still didn't have heat; I made sure and corrected all his mistakes capped of all exposed Wiring,,Check all your limit switches,aquastat , chimney clean out , Gas valve had to Trace where the 24 v signal was lost found yhe problem and fixed it ,I then told you your charge won't be the estimatd $475 ..You paid $275 what you paid for was my knowledge and expertise that was able to find your problem and give you heat..I had to undo all what the non Qualified person you had working on your boiler before I arrived...If you was un happy with the cost you should have told me , Don't cme here and try to destroy my reputaion for $275 The .... Be grateful and Tankful I cam as fast as I can and made sure you got heat..i Charge you an Average price...

Justin responded to my phone call and was at my house to do the repairs within 30 minutes. He is super helpful and speedy with response time. He replaced the flute pipe within hours. I would recommend him to everyone! I will contact him for future work

Returned home recently to find that one of my two split-system HVAC units was not cooling at all. Called in my regular A/C guy who examined it and said there was a break in the thermostat line. Since he couldn't tell me where it was, this could have meant a very costly repair, since an entirely new line would have to be put in. Just to get a "second opinion," I called Comfort Cooling, who came by at short notice. Within 10 minutes they discovered there was no break, but a short circuit in the line, which they fixed in another 20. These guys really know what they are doing, very professional. I recommend them highly.
