"I spoke with Edward on Sunday night and he was able to come out Monday morning to inspect the issue we were having with the furnace. He came out and was very clear and upfront about the issue at hand. He ran me through the problem, his proposed solution, and the timing before starting any work. He didn t disassemble the unit while he left to go get a replacement part as he didn t want to leave us without heat, which is more considerate than most companies, it seems. He was able to fix our blower motor on an older furnace, in the same morning that he came out. Should anything happen to our furnace in the future, he will be my first call as his timeliness, honesty, and clarity were greatly appreciated."

Tone (the owner) was prompt and able to do an emergency job for us right after thanksgiving when our furnace finally failed just when we hit freezing temperatures. Within 24hrs we had a new unit, reasonably priced for the install fee. He even identified a bigger issue from the original install of our old u it that was causing us major issues and spent several hours repairing it so our new unit would work properly. He truly went above and beyond, great communication and service especially for a small mom and pop vendor. He was able to swing by for diagnostics quickly to see what part needed replacement, and even though the supply house was closed for the evening he went above and beyond and was able to track down a part to get the furnace up and running so I didn't have to freeze for the night. While he was performing the repairs/ service he humored me asking general questions about my HVAC system and was quite knowledgeable. He left the area tidier than it was when he arrived, and talked me through additional preventative maintenance items to keep an eye on to keep the system running at peak performance, even covering a few items on the air conditioner side to look out for in the spring/summer when I fire that up next (it is winter now).
