Our long-term HVAC contractor told us on the day we needed them to do a repair on a 90+-degree day that they were no longer servicing businesses, despite the fact that we had an existing service agreement with months left on it. "They came out for a no hot water issue, Unit was just a year old and was concerned there might be something else wrong. Found out that the wires going to the water heater had gone bad. Fixed issue !!!!"
