He let us know when he was on way over (on Sunday in fact), explained everything, fixed, and double checked rest of system to look for any other issues. He's very courteous and went above and beyond with additional coil cleaning! He even reprogrammed our thermostat so that we would have emergency auxiliary heat so this wouldn't happen again. Stephen, the owner of the company was very knowledgeable on the different types of HVAC units and the best way to install new duct work to areas of the house that had never been centrally heated or cooled. He and his employees worked very hard during the August heat to make sure the installation process was done properly and in a timely manner. "Following a biannual inspection and cleaning appointment, a need was determined to open part of the ducting from the AHU to inspect a damper. The technician opened the duct, determined a damper stem appeared to be broken resulting in the damper falling to the bottom of the duct. Carolina Custom Air has already called making an appointment the next day to reinstall the damper after repair. Great work, great company. I recommend them completely."

"Jemell came out to the house over the Easter Weekend to look at our water heater (gas) that had ceased to work. After a thorough inspection, he advised against replacing the broken valve as it would only be a temporary fix to the bigger problems we had. So, after an informative and instructional overview provided, I decided to go ahead and have the entire unit replaced. Jamell, promised that he would be back to install the new unit on Monday morning. He turned up on time and installed the new heating unit. I was very impressed with both the quality of work and the follow through at the end of the install as Jamell walked me through the function of the new boiler and what work had been carried out. Jamell and his fellow technician were polite, informative, professional and extremely customer focused. 5 stars all the way!"
