"Phenomenal service by the QNR HVAC and Drain crew. Our tankless water heater broke and needed to be fully replaced. We called them on a Saturday and by Monday afternoon the heater was replaced! Excellent craftsmanship from detailed-oriented technicians. They explained everything they were doing and understood the challenge of being at a home without hot water. Highly recommend them!"

"Every other review on here is right on. First, Cesar is awesome. He called me back right away on a Sunday night (not expected) and was able to make time to see me the next day. He found a boiler (which I have heard is not very easy right now) and had it to my house for the end of the week. He had the old failing heater out and the new one installed (nice, clean install) in one day. Throughout the entire process he was very communicative. The crew wore masks in the house (as did we) when interacting with us which I appreciated and they were very careful to treat the house with care by putting down runners, taking off shoes, shoe covers, etc. Today (second day) they came back and are doing a final cleanup and reviewing any last minute issues. I screwed them up and caused an issue with a T-Stat and Cesar took the time to a. fix it and b. make sure I understood the right way to do it and how to configure it going forward. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. I am beyond impressed and feel very lucky that I found them for my boiler. The price was very reasonable especially considering the time frame they were able to turn it around in."

I was told I needed a new AC unit by another vendor who also tried to sell me a water heater and water softener at the same time. Then Sam came from Overall and repaired the panel On our furnace that controls the AC and for a fraction of the cost and time, my AC was up and running. I can t tell you how pleased we were... Amazing he restored my faith in repairmen."

"I woke up in a colder morning and found my house heating system stopped working. I was glad that I found innovative comfort solution to come to fix it. He is so nice, patient and willing to answer all my questions. In the beginning I was so worried that I would be taken advantage as a woman and be overcharged. But it turns out the price is very reasonable. And most of all, he is very knowledgeable with what he is doing and he not only fix the problem but checked the whole system without charging me extra. "I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Do not believe me, call around; then call Kyle, then call Kyle back because you realize he is available, upfront, and transparent. That is what I did. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. In conclusion, thank you Kyle for being genuinely you; kind, courteous, and professional. Whether you need a repair or want to prevent one down the road, get with Kyle and learn the ins and outs of how to optimize your home's heating and cooling. Schools in session. Thanks again! P.S. "The technician Elvis Mrkulic was amazing! He fastidiously kept me posted as to his arrival time.He was courteous ,professional and fast! I’ve had plumbers take twice as much time to unclog a sink as Elvis took to remove a broken hot water heater and install a new 40 Gallon gas Hot water heater! Totally amazing how he accomplished so much in so little time.And he filed all the necessary town forms for the new gas hot water heater as well. I believe it was under 90 minutes to remove a broken water heater and install a new 40 gallon gas hot water heater !And he hauled away the old gas water heater as well. I was totally amazed at the work this man did I will Absolutely use him again and more than highly recommend him to everyone!"
