They were prompt and competent in diagnosing and explaining the issue but failed to follow through with replacing part as agreed (ghosted) so unfortunately cannot recommend.

They did a FANTASTIC job ! Had them out for a Central AC tune up while he was doing the tune up he found a short in the AC unit which was causing the Fan on the furnace not to go on. On the spot he replace the required part on the AC unit and solved the problem. The technician explained every thing that he was doing he was Very articulate, knowledgeable, and personable. The work was done efficiently and reasonably priced. Very honest and reputable company which is NOT common with HVAC companies. I definitely would hire them again and recommend to anyone needing HVAC work !!! Thank you for the job well done.

A very professional service. Went over and beyond. Provided a diagnosis, secured the part, picked up and installed within a day. Took his time to explain other possible deficiencies with the system and provided solutions. After install, followed up with a call to make sure system was running fine. We will definitely call on Innovative Comfort again. He is highly recommended

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
