He said his policy is to work on one project at a time, not to start one and go to another. Indeed, it took him only 4 and-a-half days from start to finish of removing our old wood deck (22'x15') and replacing it with new flooring, railings, and stairs, but keeping the frame and footings, and we're very happy with the work."

But Available construction Leo came up with a plan and struck to it seeing it through. On a very hot day, they even took the time to clean out my gutters and remove some branches and other debris from the roof. "The company sent a person to our home and provided a well detailed plan for repair of the sidewalk. He gave us several options. We elected to have two of the four options completed immediately. The work performed was; reset loose bricks, replace stone step near back door and clean and seal patio and entire walkway. The young man who performed the work evidently had been trained well as the work was very good. He was careful not to damage the landscaping and cleaned up after completing the work. Although they really are gutter installers, they showed up within 2 hours of making the appointment (same day) and cleaned a huge amount of debris from the gutters (which had been overflowing with the week of rain and started leaking into the basement). Rain is predicted AGAIN, for tonight. Can rest easy that overflowing gutters wont' be a problem. 60' x 30' single ranch house with gutters on all 4 sides: $124.00 Money well spent."

Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help.
