Grace air was a pleasure to deal with. They came out and replaced our thermostat quickly to get our home heating again.

Two days before Thanksgiving (2024) I noticed our furnace was not heating. We called the "appliance warranty" place and they connected us with Grace Air & Heat. By the grace of God we got an appointment the day before Thanksgiving to get the furnace repaired. The technician, Damon, was the person dispatched to fix our furnace. Damon is a kind, competent, considerate and confident man. He was fun to talk with while he was working on a pretty complicated issue. Evidently, our blower fan had cut a connection which prevented the igniter from firing. The repair was diagnosed and completed within about 1 hour. I am appreciative that Damon, one of the owners, was the person who was sent to help us. This was 5-star work, completed just in time to ensure a warm celebration on a 52-degree Thanksgiving Day. I love it when confidence meets competence and this is exactly what Grace Air & Heat is all about. It is my pleasure to take time away from our Thanksgiving celebration to write this review. This was a great customer experience and I could not help but share.

09/16/2024 Also after calling the COFW they did not pull the permits or get the inspections that were required. I was told by they COFW to call code compliance to file a report so they can investigate the company for working without permits. there is a reason why they are not pulling permits. 09/15/2024 Dont hire these people they do crap work. Had water linking all over the place due to a clogged train. The problem is the water should have backed up into pan and secondary drain which so water wouldnt go all over my house. they ran the drain lines right in front of the filter so you can not even change the filter. Also he left a bunch of trash and debris in my attic that I had to clean up. They said they how to build a new plenum boxes their idea of building a new one was to use a bunch of tape and sealant. Damon wont return my calls after questioning the crap install.

Damon (owner) came out and explained in detail the replacement of both the inside & outdoor units. The estimate was a good deal. He got us scheduled within 2 days & installed in 3 hrs! I would highly recommend Grace Air to anyone! Jenn F
