If you care about your money, don't fall into their trap. They send the nicest salesperson to reel you in, then show up hours late ? no call, no warning. Our appointment was 8?10 AM. They didn't arrive until after 2 PM, and only after we called them at noon to find out they'd changed it without telling us. We paid close to $4,000 for a furnace and air duct cleaning. They only cleaned the top half of the furnace. I caught them walking out the door, showed them a video ? they couldn't deny it. Their fix? A quick spray of coil cleaner. The "cleaned" vents still had debris stuck inside them. To make it worse, they broke part of our ceiling, patched it with caulk, and said nothing. I only found out because they left a clock behind in the bathroom. My wife baked them cookies. We treated them with kindness. We got dishonesty and a half-done job in return. We sent a detailed complaint with videos and photos. We never got a response. Not even a generic one. There are honest companies out there

Willard is a rip off . They wanted to charge 2,400 for a toilet flange . Got another license plumber to do it for 350.00
