Professional, on time and stuck to quote. Went above and beyond to fix un -foreseen matter. They cleaned up everything. We will always use Southern Air.

They are Lenox installers, and as such are not inexpensive, but their quote was lower than any of several I received. There sales technique is just honesty. They made suggestions as to how to save money on the installation. The work was impeccable. All employees were very professional and obviously qualified. They even sent an inspector a day after the installation who thoroughly inspected and tested the system to insure the installation was performed correctly.

They came and replaced my heating and air conditioning system , just as they said they would.

Kelly Smith was the best to inform concerning all aspects of the HVAC systems and the mechanics, warranty, and functionality. There wasn't a dumb question at any stage of the process. Southern Air responded to our request for evaluating balancing our heat & air flow in our home. They were more reasonable with the cost to replace our heat & air. They explained everything well, both before and after installation. Very friendly & professional.

Reasonably price job for replacing the Gas Valve. My only complaint is the pricing of a Capacity was highly overpriced. The Technician was very professional and if I ever use Southern Air for any other service, I would like the Technician
