Write a ReviewI got a phone call immediately after i clicked on the Foreman button. Gentleman said will be over at 4pm, he was there at 3:45pm. Diagnosed the problem in minutes. Unfortunately I needed a new furnace. It was already after 5pm so he assured me he would be there the next morning with a new unit by 8am. He was and proceeded to install my new unit. Installer was neat and clean, nice and courteous as well. I will definitely be sharing their number with others. Good experience for a bad situation.
I am very satisfied with Brian Foreman?s work. He replaced my gas furnace. He was here in less than 24 hours. He cleaned up everything & took the old furnace away. He was finished the same day. He is very professional but not a stuck up like some other repairmen I have had in the past. I highly recommend him & his price is very fair

Brian was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. He had all the tools he needed to address my issue. He fixed the problem and was out the door within 40 minutes. I will be doing more business with Foreman Heating when needed.

no ,he was very dishonest about his knowledge of workig on boilers after paying for parts and waiting in my home without heat for 5 days he arrive put part on then tell me i need a new boiler. would not recommend
Dishonest and not professional. Miss diagnosed my furnace problem. Installed a faulty blower motor. When I tried to reach him after full payment, to complain about issues, he was unable to be reached! DO NOT HIRE!
Thanks for reaching out again Brandel.  We were at your home end of day Friday January 3rd. We explained that the part for your furnace would not be available until Monday January 6th. We still planned on picking up your furnace part Monday. We apologized and made it clear that the part would unfortunately is not available until the part store opens Monday. This issue could have been remedied today but clearly the reviews written by yourself and your wife show you'd rather hire someone else.
The tech missed diagnosis the job. On a Friday and said he could not come back until Monday when we paid he over what the job was worth and it is 20 degrees outside and we have NO HEAT.... and he gave no receipt... And he has no returned any phone calls we have called all day today and he claims we have to pay $125 service fee. When we paid $60 on Friday and the problem is not fixed.
Cynthia, like I told your husband Brandel on his review - Our tech was at your home end of day Friday. The control board for your furnace was not available until Monday. While we understand your frustration, we are not the manufacturer, nor the company that installed the furnace. We can not install parts until they become available. It is unfortunate the misunderstanding and bad review as we have a good rapport with many others in NE Ohio.
Prompt, honest and courteous - I would recommend him to anybody!

Customer service and communication were fantastic. He called me about 10 minutes after I received his information through Angie?s. We made arrangements for him to come the following morning between 8 and 10. He was promptly there at 8 AM., he quickly got to work, assess the situation and figure out the best way to solve my immediate problem, which was the furnace wasn?t working. He needed a few things so ran out to the local hardware. Once he got to work, he was finished and cleaned up within about 45 minutes. Furnace was back up and running, with a new breaker. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend him to a friend or neighbor!
