Write a ReviewI requested service for my furnace and A/C on a yearly basis. I paid and they serviced the A/C. When winter came to service the Furnace, no one showed up. I have called and called with no answer back after leaving a message. Called a few times later and now the phone is full and won't take messages. He, they, owe me $75.
Worst experience we have ever encountered! Tech arrived Saturday once we put the issue on Angis list, charged $475 (service and deposit) and told us it was the blower motor. Told us that same day he?ll have it Wednesday but if it arrives Monday he?ll let me know. Monday comes and no call, I called all day just to get a call in the afternoon that Wednesday would be the day. Wednesday comes, no call all day just to get a call that the part didn?t come and will be there the next day. Remind him that we have 4 kids in a house with no heat and there was no urgency from him. Thursday comes again no call just a text saying he will be there in the afternoon, he came took everything apart told me he needed a part, left just to call me and say he can?t get the part. Told me he can fully refund me or come back another day, we got so frustrated that we demanded the refund. Now we only got $300 from the $475 and a huge mess with no heat. I don?t know how they?re even in business.
I was not physically there to watch him work but my brother was there to witness the job and he was satisfied with the work.
Im glad your brother was satisfied with the work. What could we have done better to earn a 5 star review? We strive for 5 star service every visit so we would appreciate the feedback.
Started on 6/23/24 with the technician telling us we need a new unit, Told us that it was last years model so he was giving us a "deal" on it. He took a check that day for 1/2 of the cost of the unit. June 26th the unit was installed- after having to leave several times to buy a new torch set , and some other complications. June 29th we contacted the technician again about the unit not cooling appropriately, and that it was 80 & 78 on our Thermostats. June 30th - technician came back out and told us he needed a part. July 1st - part was delivered and technician came out to install. July 2nd we contacted the technician again letting him know it is not cooling. July 3rd - technician came out and looked at the system again, told us to give it until sat July 5th to see if it cools and then let him know July 5th we reached out to the technician to let him know the unit isnt cooling, technician communicated that they would be out Monday July 7th. July 7th - Technician came back out to look at the unit and it did start cooling July 8th - we contacted the technician to explain that there was ice on the pipe by our furnace, and that it was warming up in the house July 10th - technician comes out - does some type of adjustment with the thermostats July 20th - contacted the technician to let them know the AC unit outside was not turning on. July 21st Technician comes out and says a wire was loose on the unit outside thats why it wasnt working July 22nd we reach out to the technician and tell him there is ice building up on the unit outside July 23rd - Technician was going to come out, but we decided to get someone else to come look at the unit. - we let the technician know this. July 23rd - new company (had to pay service fee) comes out and states that the unit is too large for our house and has lots of pictures and reading that show what is wrong with this unit. They are sending some on July 24th to come give us an idea of what needs done to fix this unit, or (hopefully not) to replace it AGAIN.
Estimator came and quoted $850 to replace a zone valve in my heating system. They asked for a deposit of 1/2 or $425. They said that they would order the parts and do the work within 2 weeks. They cashed ny deposit check on the same day. They whited out the memo line which showed the work to be done. Have called and left messages for 3 days. No return call. My preference would be for them to come and do the work they promosed.
Installed a furnace, ac, and tankless water heater. Everything works great. Answered any questions and took care of any issues that needed to be addressed. Very knowledgeable in his field. Will keep using.
Don’t bother calling anyone else. Foreman’s will get the job done at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication also. Well pleased.
Thank you so much for the great review. It was a pleasure working with you!
We thought we needed to replace a thermostat (price estimates I found were $200-$400 just for the thermostat). He fixed it. No need to buy a new one.
Thank you so much for the great review! Im glad I was able to help
Brian called me the minute I put the request up. He came the very next morning which is today. Checked everything out. Replaced my thermostat like I wanted. The cost was way less than I expected it to be. He was very polite and very helpful and very easy to understand everything that he was telling me, which isn't always the case for me. Anyway. I most definitely will be calling him again should I need his kind of work. Thank you, Brian!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Customers like you are what makes it all worth wild.
He showed up a little early. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing and finished in great time. I should give you the quotes and excuses from ( other companies) They wanted too much money and I could tell that they did?nt have enough experience on the ecobee thermostat that was installed. PLUS the other guys insisted that I buy the thermostat from them so they could insure it. hogwash. bottom line , I will be using Foreman?s for all of our projects from now on?.. 10 stars
