"I call Don at Matthews properties I explained to him that I was in a tough situation because of wind damage to my storm door and the glass from the door was hanging by a very thin thread I could not move it without breaking the glass and I didn’t want my family to come through the storm door and have a glass fall out Don was very professional about it he stop by my house the same day! that’s something that has never happened to me before he stopped by my home evaluated the situation was able to remove the glass from the storm door replaced and realign everything and now my storm door is perfect. "Our old shower floor was on life-support: disintegrating grout, water underneath tiles, mold around perimeter. We had to tape sections of the floor to hold it together and keep leakage to a minimum. Then Jack came, removed the old tile, installed waterproofing underneath, re-pitched the floor so that water flows directly into the drain and installed new tile with a superior grout . Jack worked steadily for almost a week, and did an excellent job of protecting non-work areas and cleaning up after each day. It is just beautiful now! "Jason Dickey came out to give me an estimate on a repair of a portion of my deck. I have 2 decks connected by steps. While he was out at my home he gave me a price to complete the whole second deck. His price was lower than the other 4 estimates that I have received. His price was between 5-6 thousand dollar less than the other contractors. To make a long story short, he gave me an awesome price to complete both decks which we accepted. While Jason and his crew were at our home they were very polite and showed a great deal of courtesy. While working they kept the work area clean and without hazards. Jason suggested changes to the decks that enhanced the visual appeal. The quality of work was pristine. "Dustin did AMAZING work on a tough job. We pulled 30 year old carpet from a rental property in Lakewood, OH and found1/4 inch oak hardwood underneath. Unfortunately, the previous owner had allowed tenants to have pets and the floor was riddled with pet stains and gouges. Not only did Dustin bring the floors back to a wonderful condition, he took it upon himself to find wood that matched the floor and replaced the areas with pet stain as well. The finished product was amazing and it's hard to believe it's the same space.
