He was most excellent!
Super professional, and was quick with the job!
We called Wilson on a Friday afternoon with a broken AC and heatwave inbound the next week. They were out 2 days later that following Monday replacing my full HVAC system. Financing and paperwork was all done over the phone Friday afternoon with Chris, who was wonderful. We had Jimmy and Ryan out as our installers. My wife works from home and had nothing but great things to say about them. They didn't disrupt her work day by needing to turn off power or anything, just the noise from them working, which is understandable. Jimmy walked us through our new smart thermostat and helped us program it to our phones before he left. All around A+ experience, you won't find a kinder company out there.
The misdiagnosed my plumbing problem. Chatged me 600 for unnecessary repairs and then dodged my phone call. Basically they stole 600 dollars from me

Wilson did a great job. The person who came out inspected our drains, and fixed the clog. He worked hard to clear it with an augur so that we wouldn't need a more expensive option. Great service!
Great work! They installed a new furnace and A/C unit efficiently. The team was friendly, thorough, and took the time to walk me through how everything works.
Mine was for electrical work, not HVAC, but that wasn't a choice. They scheduled an appt. for this afternoon, then sent the confirmation email to my 80-year-old mother-in-law who declined it. Now they want me to wait another two days before they can come back out. They will make you suffer for their errors.

I woke up one morning to the unfortunate events of my Water heater failing, With water leakage on the surrounding floors and cold water in the faucets andshowers. I called Wilson. Plumbing heating and cooling and electric, and a technician came out, letting me know that this needed to be replaced and was not repairable. The next morning. Rob came out with a new heater and got the job done. He encountered some technicalities with which he maneuvered excellently and professionally And I am very thankful for his timely and professional and competent completion of the job, now I have warm water everywhere.
