"Zack was incredible. He made my ceiling look night and day from what it was! My skylight leaked into my master bathroom. I had the skylight removed and tried to patch the hole myself. Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! I would use him on my next home and any future products. I would also recommend him to anybody in the community. He's polite, trustworthy, punctual and keeps you informed on the product. "George is so prompt and honest! We've called twice now within a 6 month span and each time he answers & comes quickly to the rescue. The first time he came, he came in 100*+ weather and replaced a part in our A/C unit and did it quickly while still walking us through everything that had to be done. The second time, I called because our heater was making a funny noise & 45 minutes later he came by because we were in his route. And he saw that it was a drywall issue & quickly repaired it. So grateful for his responsiveness!"

"If you need a good plumber or HVAC tech I recommend Manny Alvarez of The #1 contractors. He works with his father and brother and they saved me a lot of money on my repair. Service Squad wanted $10,000 to replace my main water line, Plumb Shield wanted $6,995, and J5 wanted $4,600. Russel Plumbing said he would replace the line for $3,800 but he would charge me $150 for a written quote. Manny and his father came out and found the leak quickly using air pressure in the line, dug it up, repaired it, corrected the misaligned pipe and charged me $280! Thank you Manny and family!"

"I had several companies come to my home and give me quotes for a new Heat Pump system. Everyone of them except for Southern Air Mechanical tried selling me a bunch of extra things that I didn’t need and at a price that I couldn’t or would pay!!!!! Clint with Southern Air Mechanical came out looked at my old system and recommended a new system for thousands of dollars less than his competitors. He sold me on his company before he ever left my house. Did I mention that he sold and installed the same type of unit that his competitors wanted almost $7000.00 more for. His installation crew was top notch and did exactly what they told me they were going to do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked for a good HVAC company."

"I hired Minuteman Heating and Air to inspect my AC and furnace. James, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He discovered that a connection had come loose (probably not installed properly) that was leaking carbon monoxide into the attic. This situation was very dangerous. He was able to properly reattach the connection to the furnace. He also pointed out that our dryer vent had been knocked down and was venting into the attic instead of outside. I appreciate Jamesâ s attention to detail and professionalism."
