"I want to give a long overdue “Thank you” to Eric who is the owner of Mouradian Plumbing & Heating Inc. Eric’s team installed a steam boiler for me in October 2019. Since then, I have been calling his company when I have heating/plumbing problems. His company does a great job. Besides their excellent service quality, the one thing I like most about his firm is that when I text Eric the problem, he always gets back to me right away; someone would then come out to fix said problem that same day. They also come on time, or they call and communicate with you if they are going to be late. I remember that they came around 9:00pm one cold night last winter to fix the radiators in order for us to have a warm night’s sleep. Eric knows what he is doing and is a super responsible person. He treats his clients like his friends and fixes problems as if they are in his own home."

"My job was fairly complex, which is why I went directly to Heritage - I wanted to retrofit a trailer with a forced hot water heating system (replacing a hot air furnace). It required a finding a boiler from one specific manufacturer, adding the hot water baseboards throughout the trailer, and dealing with installing pipes in an uninsulated crawl space. Their technician, Shawn, showed up on a Friday night and came back over the weekend to diagnose the problem and make sure we had heating and hot water over the weekend. He was able to understand and fix a problem that three other "specialists" over the years had completely missed. What's best is that he did it all quickly and without taking any special credit. "Victor is incredibly reliable person. I live in an old house and the wiring for the newer technology thermostats is not up to date, and I couldnâ t install them myself. I hired Victor to do the job based on reviews left by his prior customers. He made changes to my oil boilerâ s wiring to make it compatible with the Ecobee 3 and Google Nest thermostat. He installed thermostats on two floors, set them up and helped me with understanding how to navigate them if I need to make changes it schedules, etc. Based on the extremely positive experience with thermostats , I hired Victor to install a switch for my Internet to have it hardwired on the upper floor, He has done excellent job. On top of his skills, Victor is a very polite, and personable electrician. Oh, and he is not charging for showing up to evaluate the job, and giving you an estimate!!!"
