Job was to clean a single zone mini-split AC unit. When discussed on the phone I was told both the inside and outside units would have the coils cleaned, drain checked, and mildew cleaned up. What actually happened is he looked at the outside unit, but didn't do any work on it. On the inside he did not remove the plastic housing or clean the coil. He only used a brush on the louvers and blower, and sprayed some cleaner on that lower section that can be seen without removing anything. He forced open the louvers which are connected to motors and they no longer close properly now. Not much was cleaned and not all mildew was cleaned, even from the visible areas. Drain was not checked. Didn't even clean the dust filters. He didn't seem knowledgeable about mini-split AC systems or have experience in how they should be cleaned which is why I did not call him back.

Ken came quickly after I reached out. He helped me better understand our current AC system and made sure there’s better airflow to our first floor, which was the initial problem. He also helped me figure out that we don’t have AC to our basement and he offered some solutions. Thanks Ken!
